I went at 7pm on a Friday night (what one would assume is peak business hours) and was told that they had no chicken of any kind. I’m not sure how a Kentucky Fried Chicken manages to not have chicken. Seems like it’s kind of an important thing to not forget to keep in stock.

They wouldn’t listen to my order they kept trying to tell me what my order was I got up to the window ask them the reverify the order they said it was correct from what I told them we got home it wasn’t they charged us $28 for what was supposed to be two four piece chicken tenders a large fry and a large Mountain Dew.

Stopped by for chicken today – ordered a family 8 piece meal with 2 sides – got home and discovered there were no legs (2-wings, 2-theighs, 2-breasts, 2-legs as advertised) so they switched the bucket without telling us?! Who does that? Maybe they ran out of legs – why wouldn’t they say so and ask if 4 wings or some other combination would be ok!? Instead they just gave us the wrong bucket – what’s wrong with these nimrods – service and hospitality don’t exist much anymore – the gal at the window had a bad additive – and we were an inconvenience to her as customers? Seriously – take some pride in your work.
