Guy at counter was cool. Paid $25 for bucket. Chicken dry and hard. Been sitting for a while I guess. Lost my faith in KFC. Won’t be back. Looking for the hot and jucie chicken we used to get.

The chicken tenders weren’t even chicken, just hardened dried crispy batter. Literally every other fast food place in the city provides better chicken. Don’t go here unless you want to eat old, dry to the point of being hard, “chicken”

This was the worst KFC I have ever had. The thighs where the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. I think they are slaughtering baby chick’s now! The rest of the chicken was only half breaded. It was all so dry like it had sat under the warmer all day. The mashed potatoes and gravy where like thin soup with no flavor. The biscuits are all hard. What a disappointment and complete waste of money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SLOP.

DON’T RECOMMEND!!! Pure slop. My husband & I stopped here for some lunch (takeout) we ordered to fillup bowls & two honeybbw chicken littles. Neither one of the were fillup bowl were actual fillup bowls, (more-so a tease) the sandwiches didn’t have the bbq they just threw the sauce in the bag, and mashed potatoes were all over our food, yet none of the lids were off of the bowls. It was literally prepared that way. Not impressed that I paid $27 and some change and this is what I get.

I ordered the $20.00 fill-up box and expected the box to be as pictured on the menu or if anything somewhat close. What I got was a box with food seemingly dumped in. Everything was all mixed in and not appetizing. Called this location and told them of my displeasement. They just said either they were out of the boxes or the chicken is too big to fit in the fill-up box.

“We don’t honor refunds because we’re certain we’ll get your order right.” No receipts given. Every time I order something here it’s completely wrong. Ordered a big box today with 5 piece tenders, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and ranch. Instead I got 3 tenders, bbq sauce, coleslaw and maybe 15 fries. $12 worth of food but nothing that I ordered. Great job charlotte KFC.

Worst KFC in the state of Michigan. Specifically ordered my food 3 times explain to the girl what I wanted drive 22 miles home and didn’t get what I asked 4. Thought I was eating pigeon legs never seen thighs so small so greasy and so burnt. Wont ever go back to the Charlotte one.

I love KFC but this was the worst I ever had. The chicken was dried as if under a heat bulb for 2 hrs. I can not understand how anyone would risk throwing their reputation for the few bucks instead of throwing out a few wasted peices of chicken…

I had to wait over 30 minutes for white meat and then when I got it home most of the skin had fallen off the meat, leaving all the flavor behind and the food looking like a unappetizing lump in the bottom of the box. The box split because of excessive steam and grease. I called to complain (which I seldom do) and the manager was totally dismissive. $17 wasted.
