Absolutely awful. This is not the first time I have paid a lot of money for little food. They do not know how to properly feed their customers. I have complained to corporate before and no action has been taken. Also, our food was cold after a five minute drive home.

Three pieces total of popcorn chicken in the mac and cheese famous bowl. Im not one to usually complain about fast food as ive worked in the industry and for KFC specifically. I understand mistakes happen, but if I wanted to pay 10 dollars for a bowl of mac and cheese I wouldve gone to Panera lol. Maybe go to the KFC-Taco Bell on 3 Mile instead, they at least answer the phone.

I asked what type of gravy they used in there bowl. I assumed it was chicken but wanted to make sure. She then said it’s brown gravy I asked if it was chicken turkey to help her out. She then started to explain to me that brown gravy is usually beef and so on. I was laughing because how do u work there and not know what gravy there is. I left and went to Arby’s!! Hahah

I don’t know the name of the young girl that waited on me at the window but that was the rudest and most inept cashier I have encountered in the last 5 years. She couldn’t count change correctly. She gave me the wrong change I held it out and said you gave me the wrong change (55 cents) she got upset took the change out of my hand and then started counting dimes back to me. My change was supposed to be 93 cents and she gave me 83 cents. I held it out and said you gave me the wrong change and she said no I did not and became belligent. I then told her to go get her manager. Fortunately the food came out correctly. The team leader that was working that night came out and apologized gave me my correct change and said that he would take care of reporting this to the franchise owner or general manager. The food was good and the team leader was excellent but my impression of this restaurant was impaired by the cashier that was working at approximately 9pm on Sunday August 6, 2023.

Young man taking drive thru order was great kind and friendly he is the one you should keep! The girl at the front counter that couldn’t be bothered with a drink that was bad and just said we probably out of starry! No apology! Would you like a cup! All she said if I really just wanted to let them know to stop selling the starry if it was empty I drove all the way back because No one answered the phone ! But hey she didn’t have to go out of her way for kind words or anything! Just a face that said enough to me that she didn’t care and I ended up tossing my drink in the garbage because of the way she treated the situation! Now I am out in parking lot writing this! Silly me for spending my hard earned cash here!!

Went through drive through ordered the new nuggets and a 4 piece meal. Received order quickly. When I stopped at traffic light I tried a French fry they were cold and soggy. The nuggets were very greasy . I took them back. The person who issued my refund was trying but she didn’t like the fact that I didn’t want to wait for new order. At first she said she could give me a refund but eventually she did. Food quality was terrible .

Manager lady at 950 pm on Aug 16 th 2023 very rude snotty very proud she’s the manager and can do what ever. I ordered a mash potato bowel extra gravy My potatoes are still white I asked where is the cheese was she said they only put a pinch of cheese on it then I asked why I got 4 pieces of chicken she said they only come with 5. She said I could bring it back and get it replaced gas is 3.99 half of the price of the bowel what is wrong with this company. They do not care about your meal they are only their for the money not a good place at all I give a zero tonight if I could.
