We always use the drive through here. But the service is always fabulous. The order process is always straight up and our orders have always been correct. It’s hard to imagine a more enjoyable place to get a drive through order. The people are always extremely pleasant and thorough. One gets the feeling these folks enjoy making customers feel like they’re getting what they’re paying for. Other KFC (and other restaurants) could learn from this place.

I placed an online order as a future order, which would have been 7pm on June 23. Got there at 7:02pm. and checked in with the cashier, which she told me it would be a 8mins wait. No big deal, at least I know my chicken will be freshly made. The cashier offered me a SMALL drink due to having to wait. I politely declined since I was fine with waiting. 8 minutes passed and still did not receive my food. I saw an employee, Sheila, that I know was working there, so we started talking between her customers while I waited. Another employee was waiting to get my food ask the shift supervisor / manager that was on duty if he should put some cake in my bag since I have been waiting, and she said no, she already offered me a drink when I first got there and I said no. It is now 7:13pm. The supervisor / manager must have thought I was not listening to her because Sheila and I was talking.

Ordered a family meal with mashed and gravy, stressed with gravy… and they didnt give me gravy! Only reason to order the mashed potatos there. Chicken and gravy best things there. I was very disappointed check your food before you leave if you eat here…ordered a Diablo chicken sandwich.

Love the new remodel, miss the buffet. Chicken is always fresh at this location. The staff goes the extra mile here and it shows. The pieces of chicken and portions are very small however is the only draw back.

Chicken strips were undercooked along with the popcorn chicken. Mac n cheese was fry and seems like it was left out. Coleslaw was dry and warm. The wait was longer than 20 minutes.

Was missing half my meal!! Order a chicken little meal only received the drink was missing the chicken in my famous bowl and asked for no mayo on the chicken little I did order and they still put it on. Worst experience ever for the $$ I paid and didn’t receive half the food huge rip off today!!
