Please do yourself a favor and do not visit this establishment. My family waited forever for our order to be taken, eventually we drove up to the window so someone would hopefully take our order. Once we got up there the lady told us to drive around again to place our order so we wouldn’t mess up there “times”. We drive around again and place our order. Once we had already paid for our food we were told to pull ahead only for this women to SCREAM out the window at us two time to keep moving forward so we wouldn’t messed up there “times”. We also did not receive the correct items that we order. I wish I could give zero or negative stars. Just an all around awful experience.

I’ve traveled a lot and this by far is the worst KFC ever. The chicken wasn’t even breaded. I called, nobody answers the phone for a week straight. I left a voicemail no call back. I go to the store and the black lady manager was so rude. The wait is long enough here he rudeness wasn’t necessary. She told me her name was Julia. Originally my complaint was the food. That has now turned into a complaint about the workers and management. Seeing all the other bad reviews, I believe nobody should come here.

My wife ordered a bucket of chicken and we added large gravy via drive thru. That was 11.14.22 around 5 pm. No receipt after paying. Thought they inserted it in the bag, that was not the case. Upon arrival at home, opened up the gravy container. No spills. We only got half of the container. Kids were hungry so we didn’t bother returning. Plus driving back and forth is probably more expensive than the gravy itself. So key points are: 1. Please ask for receipt; 2. check order before leaving.

I pulled into this kfc tonight, worried that it would take forever to get my food. Was pleasantly surprised when it took 6 minutes for them to clear a line wrapping around the building! Extremely kind drive thru workers, and the food was awesome. I’m extremely glad I stopped. Keep up the awesome work!

Entered dining room at 6:55pm. Lobby hours reported as until 9:00pm on Thursday. After about five minutes at the counter an employee tells us we had to go through the drive through. What a joke. I will never go back.

Used to be a decent spot but now it’s just ran so ghetto & poorly. Employees laughing thru mic etc n then ALWAYS out of chicken n half of the pop flavors! Why even be open if your never gonna have chicken??? Employee’s seem lazy and once 8pm hits its as if they just close up shop and will say “it’s gonna be like 45 mins for chicken” smh lol really?? Jus get new managers AND employees and this place might make it otherwise shut down. UPDATE: Husband got food poisoning from here & we won’t be back.

I thought it would be nice having a KFC less than a mile from the house. Nope. 1st time in drive-thru I ask for Dr. Pepper and halfway home I’m trying to wash down the world’s driest biscuit with Cherry Pepsi. 2nd Time around I ask for Mountain Dew and some honey mustard sauce for the tenders. I get another of the world’s driest biscuits, no sauce and what might be regular Pepsi but the syrup is running low. At this point I figure they’re just screwing up orders on purpose so next time I want chicken I’ll drive way out to the Popeyes or try that broiled place right next door to the KFC.
