Ordered on the kfc online app today, 6/10/23. Didn’t know it was required to come inside to pick up mobile app orders. Called and spoke to the manager and explained to her that I was not able to come inside. She went above her duties to bring my food out to me outside. I highly commend her for that. Awesome service! Thank you so much. Next time, I’ll make sure to be able to come inside when I order on the app.

Love this location. It’s at a busy intersection, lotsa traffic, fast turnover. Loved that they had a pot pie this late in the afternoon for the SIL. I got the 3 pc dark dinner, crispy. She was ecstatic with the pot pie and my chicken was really crunchy and meaty. Side of Mac & Cheese and mashed were hot and tasty. The outside speaker was kind of hard to hear, but it was also a blustery day.

When I by the a 2pc. Dard a leg and thigh the chicken is not even fried its like it has been fried and then been sitting out for so long and the you order it the they put it in the microwave and the put it in the box with the sides and that’s it.. the food does not look up to par for the amount of money you have to pay..

I think restaurants should give classes for customer service,Im fairly certain that the woman that gave me my food was the manager, just asked my name got my food put it on the counter and left,no have a good day no smile no eye contact, just turned around and told one of the workers to go to break, there has got to be another KFC somewhere around,I won’t ever go back to that 1

Unfortunately this place has dropped in Quality and increased in price. I ordered the Nashville Spicy wings and got a piping Hot order, Oh Boy!!! When I got to work I found wings Swimming in a quarter wing tub of Grease. At first I thought it was dipping sauce, but no. I spilled it and padded the wings in the cup lid. I used 6 napkins, all soaked. My appetite for KFC is Gone Especially from this location. I’m using my air fryer and doing my Best to duplicate the wings I once loved. Shame on you Flint Dort Hwy location KFC.

Picked up a delivery order for a customer here. The guy who was supposed to be waiting on people didn’t wait on me or the lady next to me. The manager noticed after about 10 minutes that we weren’t being waited on and asked what we were there for. About half an hour later, the guy gave me a drink and one small box, but the customer had ordered three drinks and several meals. I told him this, and about fifteen minutes later, he shouted to me that they were out of iced tea. I said, “Can the customer have another Pepsi then?” 5 minutes later, he gave me one Pepsi and another box of food. I asked for another Pepsi and he reluctantly went and got it. I kind of doubt the customer got all the food they ordered, and they definitely didn’t get the right drinks.

Waste of time to place an online order. Order showed ready 6 mins before I arrived. It says to go inside to quick pick up, but the doors locked. So I wait my turn on the drive thru line for her to rudely tell me pull around the front. I go back and sit another 10 mins waiting and still nothing. Lady walking around with a headset on popping food in her mouth out of the warmers. Try to call the store and their phone number doesn’t work. Get back in the drive thru line to be told pull around to the front again, just to wait another 10 mins. Not only is that ridiculous, it’s extremely disgusting you put your hands in the food that your serving to your customers and eat over top of it.
