This place is an absolute joke. Took almost ten minutes standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. Had the manager tell an employee there’s a customer at the counter. A new lady finally shows up who I had to ask if she was ready for us to order. She had no clue how to use the computer. Got our order placed and paid for only to wait again. After waiting a while for the food our order was wrong and seemed very difficult for them to understand. It was 2 #7s with potatoes and Mac n cheese, pretty straight forward. They corrected and assured me all the sides were correct by telling me exactly what was in the bag. Sat down open the bag and wrong again. Back to the counter to be ignored. While waiting I convinced two groups of customers to go somewhere else. New lady that took my order comes back to the counter, ignores me and waits on a guy wanting to place an order which they messed up also. Went back to my table and waited until they weren’t busy to finally get my order finished 10 minutes later by the manager.

Used the app to order. App directed me to park in a designated spot for pickup. Signage at drive thru speaker directed me to go inside. Doors were locked, no note, time was 7:30pm. Went through drive through. No fries or Mac n cheese, both were supposed to be in the order, switched out for corn and more mashed potatoes. Checked order for substitute, ended up having coleslaw. Switched it before leaving. After getting home uncooked breading on chicken, undercooked doughy centered biscuits. Not a happy $30+ KFC purchase.

KFC has always been the best chicken place to go for me. It has the very best tasting chicken and sides. The only issue I have with this place is that the price keeps getting higher and it’s getting harder for me to afford to go eat there as often as I would like. I will still rate it 5 stars because of the taste and quality of the product.

Absolutely horrible experience tonight! We arrived at 9:22 and ordered an 8 pc. Chicken tender family meal after returning from vacation. They took our order and we paid $37.70 and we were asked to wait out front for our order. We waited 15 minutes the cashier walked out to her car and took a break so we pulled back around to get/check our food. We were very rudely asked to show our receipt and told they had no order for us? I can’t understand how this happened as we paid in full just a few minutes prior. They were so unprofessional about it simply stating that the order was probably cleared out and never made which was frustrating but whatever, but then didn’t even offer to give us a refund or our food. I had to demand our food as we PAID for it?! Then after waiting and then finally giving it to us my husband asked for a packet of ranch and the guy says “I didn’t take your order I didn’t know what’s in there!” And closed the window, meanwhile the girl who took our order stared at us the whole time. No apology what so ever! Mistakes happen but we were in no way at fault? A simple apology goes a long way. It was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. A little respect goes far.

All right, I do drive-thru here most of the time, and service has been 5 stars. Just went into the restaurant, and it was exceptionally clean, although there are some malfunctions in the men’s room. The thing bringing down the service rating is that I and at least one other customer could not get served at the counter at all, and left without ordering.

Ordered 2 famous bowls, service was friendly until we started eating. I can’t tell you exactly what was wrong with the chicken, but me and my wife had an issue first bite. My wife is pregnant, so you know once that happens she doesn’t even want chicken anymore… well we drove back through, just to be informed that they don’t do refunds and offered more chicken… so we just lost 10 dollars for nothing. This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. And that’s bad, because I eat almost anything.

Currently, my husband has been waiting to get an order I placed an hour and thirty plus minutes ago. KFC should close its doors if they can’t make chicken. And now that my husband is FINALLY home, they didn’t give us biscuits. The chicken is not crispy. The coleslaw tastes funny so we aren’t eating that. The only thing right is the instant potatoes and gravy. Put in a complaint with the headquarters before my husband arrived after a 20 minute drive home because of traffic. Now hoping to amend it because I have the product in front of me. I will NEVER order KFC again.

Showed up to order at 5:45 on a Saturday afternoon and the doors were locked with no one answering their phone although they were barely taking orders through the drive-thru you could see there was somebody messing around in the back and peeking through the back door. There’s obviously no manager on duty that’s actually going to take control. I highly recommend you avoid this restaurant at all costs. All you have is teenagers running the show and messing around. I wouldn’t give this place one penny of my money.

The young lady at the window was friendly. I ordered a chicken strips meal. The coleslaw was a little dry but ok. The Three Small chicken strips were crispy and Hot but no flavor. What happened to the 11 herbs and spices??? I was glad I asked for BBQ sauce. The biscuit was soft and hot and tasted really good. Over all I don’t think it was worth the $7.73

Placed a mobile app order at 1:15 to pick up at 2:00. That gave them 45 minutes to get my order done. I got there at 1:57 and was told to pull up it would be 5 mins on the chicken. I waited almost 20 minutes and finally went in to see where my food was. When I finally got someone to come to counter he tells me they just got the chicken out and was packing it up. A girl finally brought the food and set it on counter but never said a word. I had to ask if that was my food and she said yes. So then I said you know what, is there a manager here that I can talk to? She says she’s the manager! I laughed and said really, well this is unexcepteble. You all had 25 mins to get my order ready and now I had to wait over 20 mins to get my food and she says well we had to cook the chicken. I again said unexcepteble. I get home and the chicken tenders were not even warm, the fried chicken had the breading falling of it and was dry. She bagged up the hot sides on top of the coleslaw so the coleslaw was warm. The food was awful. Wondering if they ever change the oil they fry the chicken in. Spent over $60 on food we couldn’t hardly eat. We will never go to KFC Clio again.
