Ordered a 16 piece meal told at window there was no wings fine then told no green beans said sub with fries got home no 2 orders of fries no gravy for potato’s and no biscuits lady was SO RUDE called 5 time no answer and voicemail is full how convenient WILL NEVER GO BACK she should be fired and this place shut down

Never go here. Nobody in front of me in drive thru, they only had 3 tenders left so had to order a chicken sandwich big box instead. Took forever to get my food. Didn’t get my fries, ranch, or any fork so guess I get to eat mashed potatoes with my hands, awful experience.

No dressing on the chopped cole slaw, tiny chickens. I didn’t get any fries since I tried them when they 1st started selling them last year & they were the worst fries I ever had in my life. 5 minutes after I ordered she claimed somebody already picked it up & argued about it for a while confusing it with a Doordash order I guess. She finally gave it to me with no comment or apology & no napkins with fried chicken. At least it was on sale since their regular prices are outrageous. Much better deals on hot food at the grocery store & better cole slaw.

Given two employees walked off the job according to a cure t employee, the meal was okay. We did have to wait a bit, however the food was hot. They did run out of items such as macaroni and cheese and French fries, but hey, they were understaffed by two people.

This is new I placed my order online and the app said the food was ready when I tried to pick my food up at 7:40pm all the doors where lock so I called the store and the employee told me they close the lobby when they need to and that I had to wait in the drive thru line that was out to the road had no choice I had paid $60 online for the food
