If I could give zero stars I would they sold me a fill up box with old chicken I called to complain because I didn’t notice how old the chicken looked until I got to work the manager said since it wasn’t on his shift he couldn’t do anything even tho the chicken hadn’t been touched I wouldn’t recommend my dog eat here service is always terrible from the managers and when I asked for the corporate number he tells me check on my receipt. Just awful service

Got the $20 fill up. It was ok. Everything was a little salty this time though. There was no thank you or anything. She just passed me my food and closed the window. The customer before me, she dropped some of his change on the ground and kept moving. Service could use some improvement.

Order my food, I’m asked to wait. No problem, this is at 8:08pm. At 8:38 still in drive thru. No food. They walk out and ask what I had. No thanks I will take a refund. Sad part they didn’t even apologize. Pathetic!

I ordered tenders they were hard and cold. I asked for some fresh ones they told me it would be a 20 minute wait. They took back the ones I had and put them back in the fryer and gave them back to me. Unbelievable, I requested my money back and left. Nasty food served with bad attitudes. I’m going to start going to the ones in Livonia.
