First off the cashier let my $10 bill blow away so basically i paid $21 for the new nugget meal. Fries and nuggets were salty then to top it off my sprite was nothing but carbon water. So over today and this restaurant!

Worse customer service ever!! There is always a line wrapped around the building. I been waiting in line for 15 minutes before it even moved and at least 3 cars left out of the line!! There is no reason for them to be moving this slow, whether its a rush or not. I’ve worked in fast food and you have about 30 seconds to get a car out thw drive thru from the moment they order, not 10-15 minutes. You even have to wait 5-10 minutes to order once you finally get to the window. They need some serious retraining on taking orders, having food prep ready for rushes, and time management because somebody is not doing their job.

Service sucked. Was told 1 price and it was slightly different at the window. Gave exact change w/$20 and cashier asked if she could just take it out of the $20. Then the drawer was stuck. 7mins later, they gave me $4.00 in change. I asked if I could use my card (who wants all those coins!). Told me it’s too late. If the cashier knew how to count, she could’ve kept what I have her initially and gave me back a $10 bill. Never going back.
