I went through the drive-thru yesterday and paid over $30 for a family meal and when I got home I noticed that the original recipe chicken was so dried out on the thighs and legs that they were hard as a rock, the meat itself was all dried out and like leather. When I tried calling to let the store know this, the phone just rings and rings and then the call ends. I tried calling again the next day which is today same thing phone just rings and rings and the call ends. How am I supposed to get this fixed?

I stay literally 2 minutes away from location so my 3 sons walk to get them something to eat and when they get there the lobby is closed at 6:30 in the evening that’s still early and this is not the first time my son’s wasted a trip this has happened numerous times, that’s why I rather drive to Warren or Roseville location because it’s something always going on with these Detroit restaurants, It’s not a shutdown anymore you had plenty of time to be lazy, and if you short-staffed hire some people or call people who filled out applications with no response(my son applied for a job and they didn’t call him back) so if they short-handed that’s there fault.

Order a family meal. I was disappointed with the side servings. The side bowl were filled one fourth, portions enough for two. I live quite a distance from this KFC and returning wasn’t an option. I called to make a complaint but the line was constantly busy. I paid $46.00 for order and received half the value. Will never go to that KFC again.

Hmmm… I arrived, parked and walked into an empty interior, except for two employees who were openly having a rather emotional discussion about their personal relationship. I waited for a few minutes until one of the employees came up to the front counter. The employee asked whether I was going to purchase my order with cash or credit. When she (the employee) was informed of my intent to use credit, she responded that, due to the credit reader being down (non-operational) and that I was using a credit card, I could go thru the drive thru to place my order.
