Terrible they put a pickle in my famous bowl direct on top disgusting. Purposely never said anything bad mean or rude to them . Came back just ten minutes ago famous bowl not even filled half-way. Second one maybe half. The macaroni bottom of the barrel but I’m happy it was filled the way it should be. Over 15 dollars of enough food to feed one if your lucky. I’m on a budget handicapped this is uncalled for. Corporate Come on. Wow. I want my money back and an apology wasted gas to drive there. Don’t ever go to this location.

We ordered a family deal dinner. We wanted chicken (original), coleslaw, mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuits. We received everything but the biscuits. They gave us 6 frozen cornbread instead. When I went to take back the cornbread, they ignored me for about 5 minutes. That is strike 1 against them.

AFTER I PAY for my meal, they tell me they don’t have biscuits. So they tell me “if you want your biscuits you gotta wait 15 minutes”. You should have told me that before I paid. I would have ordered something else. They want you to drive off and not give you what you paid for. They are trying to steal money right out of your pocket

Today I went to the southgate kfc on dix road specifically ordered no corn in my famous bowl because I have a very serious gastrointestinal problem and i cannot eat corn because it does not digest properly which if you look at attached receipt I clearly stated no corn. And I was told I had to wait 4 minutes for my chicken tenders and when I tried to order biscuits and they told me that was a 10 minute wait. I ended waiting 10 minutes for my chicken tenders and never got the biscuit that came with my meal. So now I dont get to have the dinner I bought for myself because the employees at this location lie about how long the food will be down (we did not get any biscuits with any orders but still had to wait 15 minutes to get our orders.
