Visited on Aug 11, 2023. One of the worst experiences I have had. Waited 20 minutes to place my order. They were out of fries, so I ordered 2 different sides. I got home, was missing 2 of my sides. I tried calling the store but did not get an answer. Also left a complaint on the corporate website, they received my complaint but I was never contacted. This location used to have great service, but not anymore. I will not be back.

The food is delicious but those people are NASTY. Attitudes, offended that I asked for fries instead of the base sides. Rolled her eyes at me and suggested (didn’t say directly) that I was stupid bc I couldn’t hear her. And then the other lady kept yelling at the customers in the lobby and blaming us for not knowing who’s order she was holding. Giving everyone dirty looks. I ended up just laughing about it to keep from being upset. That’s ridiculous. If you can’t handle customers, don’t work for customer service. I get being a little frustrated at rush hour but this was just bad. I feel bad for the people who have to work with you.

I made the order at 7:43, said it’d be ready at 7:50. It’s now 8:38 and I’m still waiting. They’re intentionally screwing with Grubhub and online orders and prioritizing drive-thru only. What an absolute shame. I didn’t like KFC in Vegas because the food was always cold, hard, and disgusting, so I thought I’d give the one in Michigan a chance. Never mind now. I wonder what’s going to happen when they close, and I still don’t have my food. Guess I’ll give you guys a call tomorrow.

This location is absolutely trash. Tried to give the drive thru another shot. Wife goes thru the drive thru and orders. She was on the phone with my while ordering. I heard what she ordered and what was said back on the speaker. Once she got home we had 1 item wrong 1 item missing. I drive back up to get it fixed. Manager argues with me and gave me excuses on why the order was wrong. Then asks the drivethru person to fix it which she gave me attitude about it as well saying my order was right. I told her to take all items from the bag and tell my I’m crazy. Read the receipt and count the items. I showed the order was wrong. Im sorry I paid for items and wanted them and then wasted my time and gas to have it fixed. Never got any apology for it. I can really care less that you are busy. That’s not an excuse for an order being wrong. Sad my wife spent 8 orders in the ER and wanted 2 legs and Mac and cheese you didn’t put in the bag. Bag of pop leaked all over my seats and was flat. No flatware in the bag. This is why yall don’t need 15 an hour. You wouldn’t last 1 day in an non fast food job. That’s why yall are there. You are incompetent. Left with the correct order and no apology.

They messed up my order by not giving us $20 worth of food. first and foremost they never apologized, they actually seemed annoyed that I came back to get it. They took their time bagging up what was missing only to give me the wrong items. When I let them know they seemed annoyed again. Dropping the bag on the counter. I told her to just give me the bag of whatever she put in there, because at this point I just want to get out of there. She became very condescending towards me. Laughing and me. Clams she told me to “calm down boo”, which I still think they said fool. I was most definitely aggravated, who wouldn’t be, but I was mostly definitely not out of line in any sense. Until they told me to calm down. The guy next to me was waiting for over 30 minutes for his order and was just as annoyed with the staff. If you make a mistake don’t be annoyed when a customer comes back to get what you shorted them and don’t laugh at a customer for being frustrated with what YOU messed up in the first place. Totally and completely unprofessional.
