Who ever runs this place needs to rethink their career path this is most definitely not how you treat a customer! The older lady was the manager her name is brandi she was so rude!! And had on no hair net and She almost threw my food at me because I ordered a simply two piece chicken (chicken wasn’t available I was given chicken thigh and breast and all I was was a 4pc but I couldn’t get that only breast and thighs so I got a two piece) and pot pie combo? I simply came here to feed my family and she not only messed up my order but was upset that I was spending my money like it was coming out her check she needs to be fired I will continue to report this restaurant every day until she’s fired that’s so wrong how are you a shift manger and you couldn’t barely take my order and then was so frustrated with me coming in the first place! How dare you tell me I’m irritating because I ordered?? How is it my fault you ran out of chicken two hours before you closed and then gave me old food

Made an online order for pickup. Got there and went to the drive thru since the doors were locked. Was told that they were closed and they didn’t have “no food”. It was not yet the posted closing time. I told her that I had already placed an order online that was paid for. Was told I’d have to go online to get a refund. Not true. Turns out you have to call an 800 number and that they don’t actually answer the phone until you’ve been on hold for 45 minutes. Finally got refund confirmation the next day. Do not recommend ordering from this location at all. They don’t have the curtesy or sense to inform their customers that they need to cancel the order because, as she said “we don’t have no food”.

Honestly, if I can rate this location, I would rate it -1 my order took half an hour and the staff is really rude. I had ordered three lemonades and only received two when I had let the staff know that I needed one more they were really rude and said “u don’t have to lie if u wanted another one for free you could’ve just told us” for all they are rude and take forever and say that don’t have anything half the time.

i ordered a pickup order and as i got to the store i watched the lady infront of me get her food and when i went to the speaker no one answered then was ignored at the window for 15 minutes as i’m looking at my food (they didn’t close for another 20 minutes) i saw the staff inside as they ignored me at the doors and window and kept my $30 worth of food. i would suggest else where if you actually want your food.

Not entirely sure why it’s so hard to do your job correctly? I have been coming here for years and just like everywhere else since covid, it has gone way downhill. First off I pull up to the drive-thru and start to place my order and I’m rushed and told to pull forward before I was even done ordering. Second I get to the window to pay and once again I’m rushed into giving my form of payment and taking it back once payment has been made. It seemed as though the employees that were working at the time, 11 am Tuesday April 4th 2023, hated their jobs and just wanted to get me to leave as quick as possible. Lastly I ordered the chicken little combo minus pickles and when I got back to my office and opened the first one up, what a surprise, there was pickles. I know the employees don’t care but I definitely will not be returning to this location.
