I just picked up two chicken sandwiches and an order of fries for my wife and me. They asked me to wait three minutes for the fries which was fine. Unfortunately, this may have been the worse chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! It was more like chicken jerky. It almost seemed as though they had reheated these chicken breasts multiple times. To top it off, the fries I waited for tasted like someone dumped the salt shaker over them. I like salt on my fries but this was absurd. I’ve had good food from this location in the past, but this was terrible.

Ordered SPICY mac n cheese bowl. Received not even half a portion with regular chicken. Famous bowl was 90% corn and no chicken. Biscuits were delicious. If you out of something, say something. I would have got something else or canceled like this was beyond disappointing.

I need to give a special shoutout to this particular restaurant. Yesterday our meal was perfect from ordering to picking it up to eating it. Food was super fresh and nice and hot but not only that the staff was super friendly!! So many times lately when we order out somewhere the staff can be heard complaining about customers or work. Never a nice word but this staff was totally awesome, friendly, professional. As long as they are there you have a customer for life! Great job!!

I have no problem with the food it is the staff I went through the drive thru ordered two meals , I was asked if I wanted to donate a dollar to get a coupon book , I say yes get my order the cashier never gives me my change. I let her know the manager comes over gives me my change. I then drive home sadly before checking my change as it was wrong. I was supposed get $16 a ten a 5 and a one , well I got 1- $5 & 2 singles and no coupon book so I’m done I’ll be going to Popeyes from now on

The food we received was awesome. The people were really nice but… Our order wasn’t complete. Thier phone rings and then makes a high pitched tone after awhile. We will probably go back just have to check the bag before we leave. We were missing mash potatoes and coleslaw. We had to pull up and wait 10 mins for fries. If they figure out a way to make it up to us I’ll change my review, but they don’t answer the phone.

I’ll unfortunately never spend money at this establishment ever again. I doordashed my order. Why they even accepted the order is beyond me because they didn’t have the food I ordered. My dasher called to ask if I wanted a replacement and I expressed what replacement I’d like. Upon receiving my food which was completely sealed up in the bag and untampered with, I noticed I didn’t get what I asked for, or rather settled for. Thankfully DoorDash refunded my account for this blatant error, but with it being after 9pm and nearly too late to order a different protein for dinner, I wanted to call and speak with a manager for some clarification and understanding.

Place was a absolute disaster. Went to eat every table and seat were filthy with bugs and food seats were sticky. Food was luke warm not fresh at all. No customers inside the whole time everyony standing around doing nothing while dirty. Pop machine tray over flowing place was nasty.

Had a 3 piece box an it was good but 2 big breast an a little wing. What a bad box was expecting a leg wing an breast not 2 breast an little wing how awful. Not cool so disappointed in order.
