Longest wait times for fast food within 5 miles. The chicken I received today came out fast however the chicken tasted like (and looked like) it was cooked weeks ago, with brown bits in the middle. Fries were also old and tasted almost stale.

Well at first I gave the place a chance, I ordered my chicken sandwich with coleslaw and my bf ordered a 5 piece tender with mashed potato’s. We looked in the bag and they forgot the chicken sandwich, they handed us the sandwich but still forgot the coleslaw. Yep, on top of that no silverware but they did get the drinks right! Unfortunately the root beer was completely flat. Not being mean but come on, too many mess ups. Will not be going back, first and last time.

Decided to do KFC for dinner and I wish I hadn’t. To start, keep this in mind. Walking in, you are immediately greeted with a sign that says, “No refunds!: We guarantee we will make your order right!” My girlfriend and I dined-in and waited about 15 minutes for our food. While waiting, we switched tables 3 times because we were sticking to the seats and table. The floors were sticky too and we had to settle on a slightly less sticky table. Once the food got out to us, we realized they not only forgot our sauce and a biscuit, but also my whole sandwich! You know, the centerpiece of the meal? So my food took an extra 5 minutes to come out. I was going to give the food a 4-star because it was pretty good. However, the 15 minutes it took for my girlfriends nuggets, they managed to undercook them! Undercooked chicken! I took a bite of mine and surprise, mine was undercooked as well. Aside from all this, the service was slow in general. When I went to tell them we had missing food, it took another 5 minutes for them to acknowledge my existence when I know they saw me prior. After telling them what I’m missing I hear a, “He’s missing like a sandwich and uhh…some other things.” In 5 seconds they forgot what they had already forgotten once. I had been here twice before this about 3 months ago for my lunch break at work and wasted all my time waiting for missing food. I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.

Only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is the no refund policy. I think its great they guarantee to make your food right, however some of the wait times for a order to be remade are around 14 minutes. That would be around 30 minutes of waiting for food ar KFC if my order was incorrect and needed to be remade, unfortunately not everyone has that kind of time to spend at a “fast food” restaurant.

Rating is totally based on the taste of the extra crispy chicken I just received. I’ve only been to the Marysville location a couple times ever, and with the way it tasted I won’t be back. I think they cooked the taste right out of it. Not moist and juicy had no taste to it.

Food was good but they messed my order up repeatedly. I ordered through the drive through; a chicken breast box with fries and Mac n cheese as a side, a famous bowl with a drink and extra gravy, and a chicken sandwich with coleslaw as a side. They asked me to pull up and they would bring my food out. She came out with the bags but no drink. No biggie, she ran back in to get it. As I’m getting ready to leave I checked the bags to see that they forgot the coleslaw. So I parked and went inside. Took a few minutes to be greeted even though place was fairly empty. I tell the worker that I wasn’t given my coleslaw. She goes in back, puts something in a brown paper bag, and hands it to me. I should have checked but trusted that they couldn’t have misheard my one request. Got home and was still missing the coleslaw. Got another Mac n cheese instead.

They told me they were short-handed. I ordered a 16-piece meal with 4 LG sides. I got a 10 piece with 3 wings and 3 small sides. I called and came back the next day, and I got 6 pieces with sides, but it was extra crispy. I don’t like the extra crispy. I do, however, love KFC, so I will continue to go there. I’ll be checking my order before I leave.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches yesterday thru the drive thru and when I got home they were so over cooked it was like chewing rubber. Ended up throwing in the trash . Won’t go back to that location
