Waited 20 minutes inside for food while 4 people, including manager, were outside on break. Overworked cashier trying to fill orders and run register while drive-through employee did nothing to help her. High prices, small pieces of chicken, indifferent management. Badly run business.

Instead of going inside, ordering and having a seat, I ordered via phone and had an order to pick up. The order was finished and ready for pick up after only 10 min. The food was great as always and I recommend using the phone app to anyone to make your order.

Waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes before we got to the window. When she read us the total, it didn’t seem accurate so I asked what she had taken down for our order, she missed the pot pie. After she added it to our bill, she then proceeded to hand us the wrong food. I told her that it wasn’t ours. She gave us our drinks and asked us to pull forward and wait. One of the drinks were wrong, but we just dealt with that. I’m fairly certain she gave our pot pie to the wrong customer. We waited another 35 minutes before our food came out, we were offered nothing to compensate for our inconvenience, not even so much as an apology. Our food was cold. Real bang up job KFC!!
