Ordered online for pickup. Instructions said to park and go inside to pickup station. Got there and doors are locked. Had to wait in drive through line. Order wasn’t ready. Had no biscuits, offered full size side and got a single size of Mac and cheese. All this 30 minutes after I o placed order. Poor service.

Not very good energy walking into this place honestly. Very shy employees? It was kind of filthy as well. Ordered the 2 PC meal and chicken was as if sat for way too long. My friends bowl had maybe 4 pieces of chicken, rarely any corn, and tons of cheese and potatoes. When we tried to call no answer. I don’t usually try to complain but it’s been numerous times I’ve also hear other speak of this….You guys can do this; come on and pull together! You got this!!!

Please please order your food online. Then pick it up thru the app. Went to drive thru placed order for 8 piece chicken only and large fries. 26 dollars WOW!! Order on line its 13 dollars. Called the store when I got home thought it was a mistake. The person that answered the phone unapologetically told me that’s online only told me to have a good day and hung up. I get it they are trying to promote they online services. But a 10 dollar difference! Yeah..order online and avoid this KFC if you can.

It is a KFC. They do what KFC does. Like some of the other quick serve restaurants in Auburn, it is very hit and miss. Service stardards are low, but food is prepared to expectations and price is what it is. Not a place I would crave, but it is good when in the mood for different and not in a rush.
