Well for $24 our 2 meals was delivered ice cold the only fresh thing was the fries! Wasn’t asked what was our side options was just given fries with the ice cold chicken sandwich that had mayo that was set on the heel and the crown i mean pounds of mayo and me personally don’t like mayo the woman at the window was the order taker and made it seem as if it was someone else taking orders! When I pulled up to the pay and get my order of course she was taking orders from other guests it’s always a problem when I come to this location but today made it my last time

No stars!! We ordered online and picked up. Got home, the new-to-us chicken tenders were semi-burnt and overdone. Called and spoke with manager who told me they couldn’t be overdone because they are always timed. She would not believe me and said there was nothing she could do. No more KFC for us!!!!

I posted a picture of what my large mashed potatoes looked like, I always thought that the bowl was to be full so I could feed my family of 3, I guess I need to order extra large mashed potatoes next time. If there will even be more, the container for Mac and cheese was completely full though hmmmmm

Today 3/25/23 around 2:15 pm. We ordered chicken wraps. As they were being made we noticed one of them had a nugget sized “chicken tender” on it my wife nicely asked the cashier to have them put another better sized tender on the wrap. The “manager” lady that was making them responded with a loud voice literally yelling “IT’S CHICKEN TENDERS” she was rude and, at the same time saying she already put more tenders down for our wraps. However the food was all still still out and open on the food station. Long story short we were refunded and are in process of taking our business elsewhere. I have been working in the food industry for over 20 years and from my personal experience I know she could have handled that much better. Unprofessional management looks bad for the whole management team, bad for employee leadership and is also a bad look for a corporation or franchise as a whole.

Drove 30 mins away on my break for some good old KFC just to be given cold chicken & when i asked the young lady for hot sauce & honey instead of saying WITH WORDS that she had already put it in the bag, she just smiled & moored which i took as sarcastic….
