I’d give zero stars if possible. Service was horrible. Maybe they were having a bad day? The chicken tasted burnt and oily. The biscuits were dried and hard. The fries were old. Like they didn’t change the grease? It was the worst experience for a traveling family. Would not recommend.

Pretty disappointed in my visit today. I’ll start by admitting I’m not exactly a fan of KFC to begin with, but my wife generally likes it and was craving chicken legs and wings. We had it a few weeks back while traveling, and stopped while going through Missouri. That place was busy and the food was acceptable.

Today we decided to get kfc for lunch. mistake I guess. Ordered two #17 and a Mountain Dew, (which is two famous bowls.) Then ordered a #7 (5 piece, biscuit, coleslaw, frie) was rudely asked what drink I wanted, I stated Mountain Dew. Then was asked what sauce i wanted I stated 3 ranch 3 barbecue. Was told I was going to be charged extra for the sauce. Crazy. But okay. Then proceed to order 2 extra biscuits which I was immediately told we don’t have biscuit in a very rude tone. I laughed and thought it was a joke like how does kfc not have biscuits!! Pulled around and asked if you have no biscuit there should be a discount on my #7 meal. Then was told they have one biscuit in the entire store. I was then given back my card with no receipt handed my food with only one drink. I then dealt with another rude male individual who came to the window and asked what’s up ? I then stated I don’t have my other Mountain Dew or my biscuit or fork.. . He slammed the window got my Mountain Dew and then re opened the window aggressively and said here you go pull up if you want you biscuit it’s a 9 minute wait… now all of a sudden we have biscuit?!? Crazy.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Complete s**t hole inside and out.

Wow, hey kfc covid is over open your dining area! I got a 3 piece box $12 and change and got 3 pieces barely the size of a biscuit! Gee thanks so much. Don’t worry, I will not be back! Need to take dine in off the options on review.

One of the worst KFC I have been in. Ordered original chicken. 1 piece was original and the rest were burnt. Didn’t have correct change to give back, it was only 2 cents. Person before me got short changed also.

Experience was horrible! Chicken was old and over fried like they double fried the chicken and the biscuits were hard as rocks. Never again ! Total waste of money.

Don’t waste your money. I ordered a number 7 with a small side of gravy. Supposed to come with two sides. This is such a rip off. My total was $17.10. It’s was good food but definitely not worth that much. Plus they just gave me one side.
