I Waited over 15mins in the drive through so I decided to just come inside, unfortunately I still had to wait awhile for my order to be taken and witnessed this!!! I was literally so disgusted I watched this young lady go from drive through all the way to the back of the store bringing items to the front, touching multiple surfaces and then went back to finish making sandwiches This was my first time coming inside I literally always go through drive thru and I am so happy I decided to come in because I will go to this KFC again!!! I am so disappointed I would have never thought I would have to worry about something trifling like this. Management and other workers witnessed and just bypassed !!! Yuck

This place is an absolute joke and the customer service is even worse. I placed an order online and picked it up about 10 minutes ago. When I walked in no one greeted me. Lashay was called to come help me and she just looked at me like”what do you want “ so I said hii I have a pick up order. She grabbed the order and handed it to me.I said thank you and she walked away. Then I walked back in because I wanted some honey. A girl that was standing at the front called lashay again and we’re laughing making a joke that I had come back in. I got my honey and said thank you again and walked out. When I got home I realized they gave me NO sauces for my tenders, no utensils, no napkins. I’ll take my business elsewhere for sure. It’s constant problems and attitudes at the place.

Ok so don’t ever order from this spot. This restaurant DOES NOT FOLLOW THE LAW. Hot food must be help at or above 140° until the food is picked up. At THIS KFC YOUR ORDER SITS ALMOST OUTSIDE. In an unheated vestibule. Please order ANYWHERE ELSE!

First off this could have been a 3 or 2 star but they turned the experience into 5. Yes my order was not correct the first time I went. They definitely did an excellent job of handling it. They made the sandwiches fresh and gave me an extra side for the one they forgot the first time. Food was delicious and I was happy when I left. 5 stars.

It was below 28 degrees outside, I tried to place an order inside. The staff asked me to talk to the manager to place the order. The manager was very rude and told me that if I wanted to place the order I would have to go and stand in the drive though even if I did not have a car. He told me to stand outside and order if I wanted food (which is dangerous) or else to go to Burger King which was across the intersection. I love KFC but this branch was just horrible. I would rather take a cab and go to another branch than get food from here again.

I live 2 blocks away for the past 5 years. The first time into this store and felt calm, happy people, clean, organized. It is at its best! The food is always great comfort foods. The counter lady couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone liked the food. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks Everyone for the great experience! God bless!

First of all, they don’t know how to apply coupons to orders and they tried shorting me change. They didn’t have the items I wanted, so the substitute was expired chicken, the biscuit was messed up, and the Mac and cheese looked like someone ate out of it. Every other time I’ve tried to go, they’re always out of chicken. This was the last straw. NEVER going to this location again. You guys need to get your act together.
