At one time I loved KFC until I moved to Crown Point! I have given this location a number of tries, more than I would give any other restaurant because I really loved KFC chicken. Tonight I finally have given up! The chicken was dry and very overcooked and must have been sitting around for who knows how long. I have called before and complained but no more excuses! I’m through! Thankfully the Colonel is no longer around to see this.

Customer service is very bad, even in drive thru. I went to the Crown Point location today at about 11:45AM. The girl who took my order shoved my food in my car without saying a word and her actions told me that she has a problem serving certain people of color. I honked to get her attention as she forgot my straws and to also see what was her problem and she opened the window, practically throwing the straws in my face and quickly closed the door and looked at me for a moment before continuing taking orders. She done all this without any reason. My order was wrong. I ordered two of three piece combos and one of the orders was supposed to be original and the other was crispy. I received two original orders. The chicken looked old and dry. I threw out my order as no telling what they done with my order for me to get such a negative reaction. I have reached out to corporate with the hopes that they will respond.

8/15/23 6:30 (because I didnt catch the kid at the speakers name.) Waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins tonight. Visit started off with a long line, oh well. Elderly couple in front of me gets to the speaker. They order, the kid at the speaker keeps going back and forth about the order, the older man was obviously hard of hearing. The kid repeated himself thru the speaker and proceeded to cop an attitude with the older gentleman because he couldn’t hear him. Older gentleman pulls up. It’s my turn. I started talking and automatically I understood why the older gentleman couldn’t hear or understand him. He was mumbling, and constantly second guessing himself. He proceeded to tell me certain things came with my order, when they infact did not. Kept asking me to repeat myself but then telling me something totally different in response. I was getting frustrated and extremely confused. While holding up the long line, trying to understand what he was doing. Finally a girl chimed in and corrected the situation. I appreciate your customer service skills deeply, but even after you “fixed” it. My order was still completely wrong. I gave up.

Boy how things change. 5 years ago, this place was one of the best in fast food. Now they can’t let go of pandemic measures, even when media and the government have. Dining room still closed. No public restroom but, no masks on the employees. OPEN YOUR F KING STORE! The drive through takes forever because your jamming everyone through one line. I have better things to do than wait in your drive through lane.
