The customer service at this establishment is terrible. The woman at the window was not very friendly. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in weeks old grease. Mashed potatoes were not fresh, as well as the not so sweet corn. The only thing that tasted right were the biscuits. I will be finding another location to go to. Not the first bad experience here.

I had one of the worst drive through experiences of my life tonight. I ordered two meals, one being a chicken tender meal. I know the lady taking my order was not actually typing it in because there were zero follow-up questions on preferences or a total given (which was fine with me). I proceed to the window where a young man tells me there’s a wait on my nuggets. I inform him I didn’t order nuggets. The window is propped open with a spork, so I heard everything. He tells the woman (Ms. Shawna? Rhonda?) preparing the food I ordered chicken tenders. She proceeds to yell “all these people ordering the wrong numbers and it’s our fault. She ordered the number 11 and wants to waste my d**n time” as she is slamming all the food doors closed. She literally tosses my order at him. He returns to me and I inform him I didn’t order the number 11 and I don’t deserve to be treated this way, I did nothing wrong. She overhears me, I calmly repeat this to her. She literally says “I don’t have time for this”, laughs, and tells him to “close the window.” I then hear her screaming at him because ‘him and xx are moving two d**n slow’ and if she “tells them to do something they need to do it.” I pull away and, shocker, my order is incorrect. I attempt to enter the lobby at 845p and the door is locked despite it saying the lobby should still be open. Three different people look at me and won’t open the door. I left. This women is both completely disrespectful to customers, her team ( as I assume she is some type of manager/leader) and truly is the definition of a bully. I am only providing feedback as I am a nursing educator and believe it is a gift to others, but please know, nothing will change my mind to ever re-visit this restaurant again.

The uter disrespect did it for me. I was screamed at by a worker through the speaker where you order. I am an Uber eats driver. I pulled into the drive through with just under an hour until this restaurant closed to pick up an order. When I pulled up to the speaker they said they only had biscuits and one other thing. I told them that I was there to pick up an order and was told they didn’t have it. I thought they meant that they hadn’t received the order due to a computer error or that they didn’t understand I was picking up an uber order so I repeated that I was there to pick up an uber order. The guy that was on the speaker started screaming at me that they didn’t have the food and why I didn’t understand when the first time and kind of repeated it a couple times while screaming at me. I said thanks for being so rude and just pulled away while he yelled. The restaurant has the ability to turn ordering off on their computer and based on the guys response to me I’m guessing I wasn’t the first driver to be turned away. I don’t know why they wouldn’t turn ordering off and cancel the orders they already have to just avoid any confrontations like this. The guy working the speaker needs to learn how to talk to customers or find a job that doesn’t involve peopl.

Service was fine. Friendly man halped us in the drive thru. However food was awful. KFC has a distinctive flavor, and our chicken was bad, seamed fatty and chicken doesn’t have fat. So I’m not really sure what I was eating. Definitely not white meat chicken. Pepsi was flat and fry’s were cold. I guess after paying for KFC I will make myself a PB&J.

The people don’t greet you, thank you, or tell you to come again. The grill chicken was tiny, super tiny but good in taste and hot to touch. Chicken was the same size as the cookie Advertising green beans but said they no longer carry them. The two stars are only because of the chicken ♀️
