6:30pm old dry food. Small fry looks more like half eaten small fry. The fries that are there taste worst than cardboard. Dinner rush and the food tastes like it’s been under a heat lamp for 6 hours. Dead giveaway this place needs new management / is not worth your money till the quality meets even the lowest of standards. I called them to let them know their food was unacceptable and they didn’t seem to care.

At 10pm 08/31 I went into the kfc drive thru. I could tell they were busy so I waited a bit, when they got on the mic I told them my order, she said the thighs would be 15 min, I expected this, but also had plenty of time. I asked if the lobby was open and if I could sit and wait in there, she said yeah so I pulled up and walked in. I only saw a tall black man and and a white woman working, (I’m sorry I didn’t get there names) but despite how busy they were, they were kind and generous. When the chicken was done they gave it to me and thanked me for my patience. Whoever they were thank you much!

Waited 40 min in our car for a 12 pc meal we were told would only take 15 min. Then when we got it, the chicken didn’t appear to be crispy or fresh. It was also pretty shredded. Sucks to say for one person in our group this was their first experience trying KFC.

Their chicken is just foul; no pun intended. I could not even eat it. To make matters worse, they did not even ask which sides we wanted. We didn’t even realize this until we got home. They can’t even blame this on being busy since we were their first, and only, customers of the day. Run, don’t walk, away from KFC unless you like greasy chicken and lazy customer service.
