It took 20 mins to get through the drive through i was the 3rd car in line. Ordered a 4pc tender it was way over cooked the chicken was rubbery fries werent even boxed just thrown on top of the chicken and biscuit wasnt even in the box like normal.

Chicken was awful. It was so dry and hard we couldn’t eat it. The gave us crispy instead of original. The dinning room was a mess we had to wipe down are own table and the manager did seem to care at all about our food or how her dinning room looked will probably never come back to KFC in sidney ohio

HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT! Less than 1 star if I could. Called corporate they said they apologize for the lack of respect this restaurant has for the Public. Ordered online received cold food that wasn’t even the right food! Called to tell the manager I could bring my receipt and show them the wrong food and was told to call KFC because they weren’t going to deal with me gave me the number and I didn’t even get it fully wrote down before they hung up. The manager was Chris. Haven’t ate there in months never again will. Ridiculous.

Dirty store, dirty floors, rude manager and no service. Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes and not once acknowledged. Had to go thru drive thru which took 20 more minutes. Less than 1 star. Would rather starve next time.
