I would give it a Zero if I could. My boyfriend and I went to the drive thru and got a famous bowl and this Mac and cheese bowl and a chicken little plain, we went home and opened the bag his chicken little and it has mayo all over it.. whatever he will eat his bowl, I opened my bowl and saw this and I up there and the so called manager said it was TWO scoops of Mac and cheese.. she told me she could not give me a refund and told me to look up corporate number because they don’t have it , she also asked me if I wanted pickles on my chicken little I just told her I wanted PLAIN!! I used to love KFC but not anymore so sad

Disappointing drive thru experience. Ordered original chicken but was given a mix of original, crispy and a few over cooked original. The biscuits were packed on top of the bucket of chicken and were crushed and falling apart. Asked to substitute wings with drumsticks but was told no because I was using a coupon. There were no other vehicles in the drive thru and appeared to be no customers inside ordering or dining. Well wishes to providing quality service to better serve customers and increase business.

I went there to get food, and when I arrived they didn’t have dark meat, or the double down. That’s fine, I’ll just cancel my mobile order, right? Wrong. I wasn’t able to cancel it online, the drive thru worker was zero help in helping, and they STILL charged me $40 for the food I didn’t receive. The support number sent me to what seems like a dead line when I called, this is 2 weeks later, for my refund, and when I call the store it goes unanswered. Avoid this location. Or even KFC in general

Placed an order online and went to pick it up because the order said it was ready to be picked up. Was greeted very rudely and told my entire order can’t be made because “all of my filets are frozen so I cant do do anything” when a phone number was provided where I could have been called. Was given incorrect information on how to receive a refund. Incredibly lazy and incredibly rude and unprofessional. Recommend any restaurant that is not this one. Absolutely horrible customer service

Melva a GM for the store. Took my payment and never gave us our food, called the cops because we wouldn’t leave the drive though without the items paid for. She lied to police. We will be pursuing a civil suite against the store… do not go here until it is under new management

Overall the food tasted great. Maybe the Nashville hot sandwich is just naturally messy, but I felt like this was excessive. The bottom bun was soaked with the sauce (grease? Couldn’t tell) and was a challenge to eat. Everything still tasted great! The fries were hot, coleslaw was as good as it always is. The sandwich was just exceptionally messy. Was able to make it work with a large stack of napkins.
