I pulled up in the drive through. Was greeted and told to order when ready. I then said “I’m ready” and nothing. I waited for about three minutes then pulled up (this was at 9:30pm). I tried calling and after about six rings I saw someone coming so I hung up. I was then informed that the speaker system wasn’t working. I then asked to order and he said “we’re closed. There are problems.” You’re right there are problems. I’ve been once before and wasn’t pleased with the service. I decided to stop again. That’s the last time I’m stopping at the location on Beechmont Avenue. I’m now enjoying my meal from Raising Cane’s.

I have never seen a business care less about customer service. After placing an online order, I arrived to find out that the only food they had was cole slaw. I was refused a refund and was told to contact corporate. After the usual “we apologize for the inconvenience, we here at KFC…” still no refund. Needless to say I won’t be ordering chicken from this sham of a chain. Terrible. F.

A location with a fantastic manager. Went during a very busy time while they were incredibly short staffed. With only 3 workers total, they were all still so friendly and attentive. Food was done much quicker than I thought and was hot and fresh. This group of people deserve so much more praise than they get.

Greasiest chicken EVER! Takes forever for staff to even notice that you’re there. They’re always in the back chatting to each other and what ever else. They have a little bell for customers to ring to get their attention, but they don’t even respond to it. I had holler Hello three times before they noticed they had customers waiting. This is a fairly new KFC. The food was great when it first opened. I hope they can turn it around before it’s to late. Bon appétit

Ordered 8 piece combo and they gave me 7 and Burnt my macaroni. I asked for 8 extra crispy legs and they said no because they didnt want to make it and that i need to call ahead with an order that big. Will never come back to this KFC. Haven’t had issues with other kfcs. It’s just laziness.

Update: took a chance and decided to try the Anderson location one more time and stopped in to get some chicken. Went inside to order, waited several minutes. Finally rang the bell on the counter (which I hate doing) when the girl came to take my order I was greeted with “Whatta ya want? ” and an eye roll. On a positive note they had chicken and the food was good.
