Thursday night at 9:15pm we were told they only have two breasts and two wings left. Google says they close at 11:30pm on Thursdays. Is it a corporate decision to stop making chicken 2 hours before close or the employees at this location? Either way the service is lacking, they have a couple of friendly employees who are nice, but overall I’d recommend going to a different location.

I bought a 12 piece nugget with a small drink. And the bill came to over $9. I could tell the chicken had been sitting around, because it was cold and very chewy. I will not eat here again!

I normally don’t have an issue with this location and I didn’t have an issue with the service. But, today, I ordered a famous bowl and there were only 4 pieces of chicken!! I don’t know what the amount of chicken it’s supposed to be, along with everything else in the bowl but, I’m pretty sure it’s not only 4 pieces. I would have rather been told they were out of that kind of chicken and ordered something else or I would’ve waited if they needed to make more. I just really did not appreciate getting the food I received today and for that reason alone, that is why I reviewed this store the way I did.

arrived 10 minutes before closing and was told in drive thru that the store ran out of all food for the night, and they would be open tomorrow. are they getting a delivery in the middle of the night? or perchance they didn’t feel like making more. how do you run out of ALL food? no water, no soda, not even an old crusty biscuit.

Had been given replaced order for burnt and not coated chicken, explained to mgr was given free order, he then tells me after order ready this one has no problem, I get home he did not seal the gravy spilled all over, chicken looked so bad not coated so greasy the bottom of bucked covered in oil, seemed upset he had to replace my order, called main kfc, took my complaint, same mgr callls me at home saying he got my complaint, advised if he calls my house again i wil lhave him arrested, I am a retired police officer. pic attached
