Awful experience! Took 15+ minutes to get a spicy chicken sandwich combo w/fries and it was still made incorrectly. Tasty sandwich but definitely not worth the wait! Staff was friendly though. Would not recommend this location if you’re in a hurry, sorry.

usually one of the following regularly: Short staffed, out of items, rude at drive thru, slow inside (no sense of urgency/pace per line), closes early all the time. Hit and miss. Havent gone in months because no matter how good my day is, I can pull up here, GREET THEM with the best greeting, and get the most uninterested, negative response in return. Sometimes ignored and straight to “what can I get you?” we have to do better.

Tried to order at 8:30, having just gotten off work myself, and was told by one employee to go ahead and order. Another employee proceeded to cut her off and rudely told me they were closed. I mentioned that the hours listen on their drive thru said 10:30-9:30pm. Nothing, finally I asked what time they closed, as I’ve visited this location a number of times to be told randomly that they are closed at different times. Another voice said, “please just leave we are closed.” Finally, I pulled into a parking space to write this review and the employee that was in the lobby cleaning raced to lock the front door when she saw me. This just screams of management failing to control their night staff.

Ordered a 3 piece tender dinner. Got a wing and a leg. Ordered a fruit punch. Tasted horrible. Ordered myself a pot pie and it had a chemical taste to it like Mr. Clean or ammonia. Ofcourse there is no receipt in the bag. Won’t be going there again anytime soon.

I ordered 2 two piece dinners with 2 sides. When I received the order there was only one dinner. I received the second dinner and was on my way. When we sat down to eat, there was only one side. It would be nice if the employees would pay attention to what they were doing and double check their work. This location was great once upon a time, sadly the quality of the food and service has left me hoping for a Cains or Popeyes to move into the neighborhood.

Tonight was the last time I go to KFC. I placed an order online. I go to pick it up only for the Nasty, disgusting attitude having manager says the whole store has no food and they are open and still operating. I spent almost 40 and couldn’t even receive a refund. Nope don’t do it to yourself

Last night, after I had taken a developmentally disabled lady to Urgent Care, we swung through your drive through. I have never had a problem with KFC before and grew up eating it. But I will not be back to this location. For one thing, they left out two items that we ordered. We had to repeat our order several times. Another thing: they handed me my change. The woman at the drive through was holding our bag of food and kept saying ” Excuse me!” I was putting my change in my purse and told her so but she said it several times. I found that to be very annoying.

Stopped by this KFC to get a chicken pot pie through drive thru. The lady at the window took my card, didn’t tell me the amount or offer a receipt. I had to knock on the window to inquire. The pot pie was good with a lot of vegetables but with little to no chicken.
