KFC is a hit and miss. Depends on location. We went to one off Reading and they didn’t serve us – like they pretended we didn’t exist. So we left to this one and it was fine. No green beans but fine. Good food and fast service. Be sure to check what you received as order mistakes are very common.

I stopped at KFC on Reading Rd to pick up four chicken dinners. It was the worst chicken I had ever had – overcooked and very dry. I was overcharged $13.48. The customer service at the drive-through was horrible around 6:45 pm on 8/13/2023.

This the 2nd time in 2 weeks coming by here on weekend and the driver thur is not open. Last time they said they an’t have no cook. Today a women who was a customer came up to my car and told me I had to go inside. They don’t have no sign on the box indicating that to customers. Closed down and allow other top customer service restaurants take yo spot. It always something with this KFC

They are always out of menu items. It wouldn’t surprise me if they were out of chicken. I highly recommend you check your order before leaving cause most likely you won’t get what you ordered. Employees are extremely unprofessional.
