If you go inside the lobby, expect to wait a while. I’m assuming they’re short staffed, so they’re doing the best they can. I waited 40 minutes one time just for a chicken sandwich. But other times, I’ve waited for 5-15 minutes. If you’re eating in, sure. But if you’re just grabbing to go, then the drive-through is much faster. The dining area is pretty clean. They keep the parking lot up, too. There is plenty of seating in the dining area, too.

Was literally the worst visit to a restaurant I’ve ever had. They got 3 out of 12 items on correct and the rest either wasn’t there or was messed up and the food we did get was cold. Not what I wanted after a hard day at work 0/10

I had the most disgusting experience at the KFC restaurant on Lexington Avenue in Mansfield, Ohio. It was so bad that I won’t be able to eat food from there again. On April 11, 2023 I went in to order two chicken finger meals. The man at the register had snot running down his nose. After taking our order, he went to the back to get more fingers. Hands to nose, hands to pants, carried chicken fingers back using the same gloves (he was also handling money with those gloves). I then had the manager refund my money and left. I called the next day to talk to the general manager but the man answering the phone said he had a stroke and was out, but he would help me. I told him what happened. He said he heard about it and that that man was old and kind of gross sometimes (yes, he actually said that). I called KFC corporate customer service on April 13 and reported this. It is now May 14 and I have not heard from them since. This makes me believe that his KFC and their corporation don’t care about sanitation or their customer’s health.

The wife decided she likes the chicken sandwich so, that has been our order there the last couple of times. She gets it plain, thus the missing star. Service is almost always 5 star to be honest, but sometimes stuff happens. I get the sandwich spicy and it’s good. Usually we get the 8 piece (original) with fries and coleslaw. Always tasty!

KFC on Lexington in Mansfield is just one more chain restaurant that continually runs out of their menu items. What’s worse, is the app they desperately want you to use to place your order (because they’re understaffed) does NOT tell you this when placing and paying for your order, so it’s a whole lot of effort making calls & sending emails to get your payment back. The store in town has no idea how to refund your money when you use the app. It’s simply astonishing how poorly these KFC stores operate. I had planned on seeing if the quality of the food they offer made up for the poor service, but this was my third attempt and they were out of plain old Original Recipe Kentucky Fried Chicken, again. I took the hint and have no plans on returning this store.

Worst KFC ever. Chicken strips were dry and hard like chicken jerky and the biscuits were like hockey pucks. Took the receipt back the next day and told the manager about it because they were closed by the time we got home the night before. The manager was very rude and hateful. She was an older woman who treated me like a criminal. Will never go back there.
