I love, love KFC. Chicken done just right great atmosphere on the inside. The only problem I had was there seemed to only b one person working the whole restaurant. So getting the food took forever but when it was finally my turn, I was very thirsty so I ask the lady if I could order a my. Dew extra. She could see how thirsty I was, so she not only got it for me, but she didn’t charge me. That was so nice so it didn’t even bother me that it took about 45 minutes to get my food.

Service was terrible. Place wasn’t even busy but waited over 5-8min for someone to take our order. Dinning room was dirty. Chairs are worn and torn. Food tasted like it was 3 days old.

The wait is the only bad part but even its not usually that bad. I have never once had bad food here and they always have my order right. Store is always clean and staff are always friendly. No complaints from me at all.

While having lunch I overheard the managers meeting going on and she genuinely seems to care about everything down to how you package the food. Very impressed with her but chicken tenders were dried up maybe cook less at a time so you can change it out more with fresh. Sometimes that lunch you serve may be all that person gets today make it count!

Literally every single time we go there, they forget something. Tonight we got a combo that came with fries and a biscuit and we got neither. I ordered an addition biscuit and we didn’t get that. So I went up to get my stuff get home and the fries are cold and old. The chicken tenders were the same: cold and old. Like come on. I get it people make mistakes and thing happen but this happens EVERY single time. I’m done going there. I took about a 6 month break after going once a week, I don’t think I will return. The people are pleasant though.
