Alright- working in the service industry for 1/4 of my 41 year life; I know that if it is fast food related, a preemptive order drop is necessary to adhere to supply and demand…. Waiting for an 8 piece family meal should not take 20 minutes. I do appreciate the fact that we were provided drinks for our wait, but when I suggested if there were any alternatives for our order, such as different chicken types or chicken strips since we already ordered; it was brushed off. My kids are sitting at home and 20 minutes on top of the commute is a mighty long time for them. The young lady at the counter was sweet and accommodating. I cannot say as much for the demeanor of the manager on duty.

Zero would be a more realistic rating. 30 minutes for an eight piece. Original instead of crispy that I ordered. Eight piece was ordered and was given six pieces. There was a line formed of customers that had to actually wait to complain about the service and food. Need I say more

I ordered a chicken sanwhich extra mayo and pickles. And got the bones as well. They literally just slapped a chicken thigh on bread. . I tried to get the meat off the bone myself and make good of the situation my Mac n chicken bowls were cold and skimpy. The mashed potato bowl was more than half empty. And a gnat in my mountain dew lighting. Im over it this was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!

They don’t even deserve 1 star ,but had to in order to write a review. The fact that our business orders online on the KFC app itself and we pick up every time , they forget food and then proceed to tell us to contact doordash, when doordash has absolutely nothing to do with their app unless your getting it delivered. Then when you pick up the food they give you attitude. Spoke to the manager Sue and she pretty much brushed off the whole conversation, it was very obvious she wanted to just get off the phone . So we won’t be ordering from there again. With a 3.7 review score you would think they would do better !

I was doing Doordash I came to this store to pick up and order. A short black lady call the cops on my claiming I shouldn’t interact with any of the employees in the store if I come to pick up an order as a Dasher but I can interact with the employees when I come in as an individual.

Long wait time time for no explainable reason, only had 2 cars ahead of us, chicken tenders were tiny and undercooked, prices are double what they used to be, gave me the wrong sauce, fries were upside down in the bag and not even remotely enough. This isn’t a way to run a business unless your planning on going out of business.
