I much rather compliment a plan than complain, however sometimes there’s nothing good you can say about a place. I was in Ohio for my family reunion and this was my selection after a long day of travel. It was not busy. The employee that took my order was not clear on the menu and could not answer basic questions. I ordered a family meal and asked for plates and utensils ( I was staying at a hotel). The entire crew seemed like teenagers or very young adults. I don’t have an issue with that except this group lacked professionalism or a mere investment of their purpose. The employee told his team my order for them to fill but had to fill it himself as they didn’t do anything (except chit chat and obtain fountain drinks). When my order was completed he handed me the bag. He didn’t have a customer after me so I was surprised he forgot the plates and utensils I requested. No problem, I reminded him. He put plates in my bag and seemed like that should send me off. I reminded him I needed utensils (I am in my head like, “duh”). When I returned to the hotel and started to eat my own food, I determined it was the worst KFC I ever had. Not fresh, not tasty…just yucky. We all threw the chicken away. I was hesitant to look up the reviews on this place. They failed. No, I didn’t return it…we had been on the road all day. We simply wanted a decent meal prior to ending a long day. I have so many, “I should have known….” I won’t go into all of them but I should have known it wasn’t a decent restaurant because there were no other customers. I should have known better when I saw the immature crew. I should have known better because the inside of the restaurant was the darkest KFC I have ever been in. I can go on and on. Yep, I was hesitant to complain as I much rather compliment a place…find something good. The only thing I have for them is I will never go back. I have seen young people work at a fast food place well but this place failed; they need leadership & further development.

I have never really liked fried chicken but my family loves KFC. I try different things when they go but haven’t been able to find anything I enjoyed, then my husband got me the pot pie from here and I absolutely love it!! It’s delicious and now my new favorite. Just Amazing!!!

I used to love going there until today they no longer have popcorn chicken so if you order a potato bowl you get four little tiny pieces of what they call chicken nuggets which are ridiculously small and not even worth it anymore they need to quit messing with what is good its bs… I just don’t understand why they got rid of the popcorn chicken what’s the reasoning

Please change the oil in the fryer for the fries. You can tell it hasn’t been changed just by the texture, look, and taste of them. I have gotten some amazing fries from this location so I don’t know why it’s bad all of a sudden. Waste of money.

Awful, awful workers and manager ‘Miranda’. Forgot to give us pert of our order, drove back, they actually laughed at us like it was funny. Would do nothing to help, argued, laughed and joked that they didn’t care if we called corporate. We did. So hopefully their manager gets canned because she does not deserve that job, customer service is number one as a manager and she was terrible. Never going back.

I was really disappointed with the establishment. I understand orders can be messed up but not at 2 pm and no rush. The place was a mess, the fountain area was so dirty that I was scared to get a drink. There’s brewed tea containers looked like they had never been cleaned. I was so discussed I could not even take a photo. It was that bad. I was looking for a corporate number it was that bad.
