I really like this KFC and stop there often. You need to ask for a key to use the restroom, which is a bit of an inconvenience, but it helps keep the restroom from being trashed.

Sandwich meat was dry and extremely dry on the edges, which makes me suspect it was old. Biscuit was also dried out and old seeming. Sauce on spicy chicken sandwich was awesome. Hate the open on both ends bags used for the sandwiches. Those are stupid. My sandwich fell right out. Store had lots of seating and was clean, but bathrooms were locked.

The KFC at 855 west market street is terrible me and my man went their 6-4-23 we ordered a meal from the drive thru we had a coupon for a 10 piece chicken meal it started off okay until my man told jenn how he wanted his chicken half crispy and half original I guess she got confused and caught a attitude so we proceed to pay and she said the coupon was expired he didn’t know so he paid the original price he asked her a question she cut him off saying $18.99 so then he asked her if she had everything in there she looked like a deer in headlights very rude he said never mind I will check it myself she didn’t say have a nice day she just closed the window I contacted corporate I have yet to hear from them they don’t seem to care they don’t value their customers I don’t like workers like jenn who are rude she don’t need to work with the public with that attitude she needs a attitude adjustment if she don’t have the patience with certain customers she needs to quit she’s going to come across the wrong customer I only deal with that KFC cuss it’s right around the corner from me but no one has to tolerate that kind of behavior I’m not going to argue with these rude workers that’s why I call corporate but I see they don’t care they condone that type of behavior they need bodies at these jobs don’t do background checks don’t reprimand them with the rudeness just horrible customer service is not like how they use to be
