It took 23 minutes to get fast food chicken and biscuits that had been ordered ahead of time! They are consistently slow at this location. It’s very puzzling because the people DO work hard but they just cannot seem to get it together. My order had been taped to the counter and not even started until I’d spoken up. They saw me standing near the pick up spot and not 1 employee asked me what I needed. Not 1. At least the dining area was clean to wait in.

Went in and ordered food and I received 2 bags of food and a 20 dollar fill up box. I looked in one bag and saw my extra sides but my mistake I did not look in the other bag and when I got home my extra chicken nuggetswere not in there just tons of extra sauces no chicken! I had to go all the way back while my grandkids and husband started to eat. I received no apology or offer to make it up to me with a coupon or something but nothing. Even kinda seemed annoyed when they gave it to me. A manager should of at least handed me the bag and apologized. Gas is not cheap and neither is my time.

My father waited in line for over a half hour. Ordered a famous bowl with gravy and chicken on the side, a bucket of chicken, 2 sides of mashed potatoes and biscuits. Checked his bag before driving off… no famous bowl so he told them twice he needed it with gravy and chicken on the side due to dietary restrictions and they couldn’t even bother to do that not too mention not any butter or honey for the biscuits in the bag with 2 napkins? What kind of service is that when you spend over $30 just to try and feed his family. It literally looks like soup they put so much gravy on it. It’s ridiculous you can’t get what you order, I don’t think it’s rocket science to read a simple food order ticket and place the items in the bag as they were ordered. Oh and when you try and call their phone is off the hook and busy I’m sure because they just could care less. I’ll be contacting corporate and twitter as well since this is such a hard task.

Don’t go to this KFC. It is so so so slow! If you must ignore my advice then go to drive thru because counter inside is completely ignored. But have a full tank of gas as they are very very slow! I think they must kill the chicken and make it from scratch each and every order. It’s still KFC quality but I will not be visiting this one ever again.
