We ordered a 8 piece family meal, mashed potatoes and corn as a side. Mashed potatoes didn’t come with gravy, our chicken is barely warm and the corn I had to put in the microwave. Didn’t think after spending $32 I’d have to ask for gravy or my food to be warm!

The order I made is not what I received. I had most of my order missing or not correct. The person who picked it up for me said KFC was still making my food. However, the food I did receive and wasn’t missing was cold or only partial of my order. For instance the chicken nuggets didn’t have the correct amount in the box. Incorrect or missing sauces, no mashed potatoes and gravy, no plates, napkins or straw for the beverage ordered. None of the sauces ordered were correct. Soggy fries.

This place was amazing to go to, had some of the best staff, the best food. Best service. And now for some reason all of the sudden the staff is just not there. I see so many new faces and they are just terrible nasty mean people, no management it appears. And here lately they are never open when I go by at a little after 9pm. Website says they are open. I used to like getting off work and grabbing food. So I guess I’ll go to some other food place from now on.

This KFC is only 2 weeks old and the service is super fast and the food was hot and good. Staff is very friendly and the lobby area is spacious and cool to sit down and relax.

Absolutely garbage. The food the workers (except for the young kid ) . They need to fire Ms. I’m gettoh but work in Holland got our whole order wrong. Had to turn around . Ordered crispy chicken it was mushy and nasty , Ms. Trashy face tattoos took the food back and didn’t even do anything but switch the coleslaw out for a mac n cheese I ordered . Left the same Nast disgusting chicken in it and handed it back to me and said ” it is crispy I just made it ” ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ never met someone so unprofessional and rude . DO BETTER . I’m sorry that kid has to work with her .

LET ME START BY SAYING, how unprofessional! I do not care if it’s “a fast food job”, a job is a JOB. On June 3rd first shift there was a girl with dark hair, everytime we asked for a sauce she would not look or say anything to us she would grab it and when we would say thank you, absolutely nothing. THEN we hear this girl yelling at all the co workers about how she’s quitting and she literally went on the whole time we were eating inside, the kids were very uncomfortable. TO TOP IT OFF she THROWS my moms food on the counter and says “next time don’t ask for mayo on the side”. The girl proceeds to go out side after that, my mom waited until the girl was outside to get waited on by someone else, a very sweet girl that you could clearly see what under stress because of the other girls melt down, literally. This was the most ghetto experience I have ever witnessed and experienced.

We just left from their and got a 12 piece meal and the sides wasn’t filled up at all! They gave us 4 biscuits when we should have got 6 and gave 11 pieces when it should have been 12 for the price they charge they should have got the order right and we was the second car!!! And after my wife ate the sides she got so sick! She was the only one that ate those sides. It’s best to check your only order before you leave believe me!
