I had to wait 25 minutes for chicken , shorted one piece of chicken , not given correct pieces , no wings and overcooked. I went back the next day to show the manager Matt the problems,he told me that the chicken was unsafe to eat and tried to take it from me. Matt put his nasty dirty hands and broke apart the breast meat , then threatened to call law enforcement on me after he contaminated my food . I was not given a receipt but paid by credit card. I also contacted corporate about this matter and the rude manager Matt . Stay away from AB this KFC, I am not going BACK.

The food looks good the staff was okay it felt like they did the bare minimum to make our experience good we had to keep going up and asking where stuff was or get things that were forgotten such as dipping sauce at one point they were going to conduct an interview and the kid came in on his scooter. He wrote his scooter through the lobby and I am handicapped so it made me a little nervous at first

I went with my family during lunch and they were BUSY and SHORT STAFFED. They did amazing. The 3 men in front of house were great. Just getting it done, no attitudes toward each other or customers. Things took a little longer but still amazing.

The food was good but we were told to cancel our order cause they didn’t have any chicken cooked. We wound up waiting 40 minuets for our food. The lobby was closed as well.

5/8/2023 ordered a CHICKEN pot pie and it did not have one bite of chicken in it and they won’t answer the phone so you can tell them about it.I didn’t order a vegetable pot pie ! I waited in line for 6-7 cars and get to the speaker to order and they had a note card or exact cash. They should put that sign WAY before you get to the place to order so they can choose to leave if you want. This is not the first time this has happened. I would say it’s poor management if you can’t keep enough cash on hand for change.

Ordered 3 pieces chicken with side & biscuit & drink for over $9. Received thigh, leg & nugget mashed potatoes and drink. Thigh was not cooked in center – couldn’t get meat off bone. Did not get biscuit. Called to tell them. Person answering phone said they were out of biscuit, but if I came back they would get me one. I was home and it was raining. I did not make another trip. Probably will be the last time there for me!!

Growing up in defiance KFC has always been an excellent place to stop for but that is not the case today with the new owners that have this place got an eight-piece meal original recipe and believe it or not there is no skin hardly at all on the chicken never again
