I ordered all dark meat eight piece meal confirmed it with the manager and she still gave me all dried out white meat. Her response when I called was why could come back into town which I don’t wanna go back into town they should get it right in the first place.

Fast courteous service & yummy food! First time we’ve been here in years from out of town and we had a great experience! 06-10-2023 – Ordered a mixture of A&W & Kfc- all food was hot, fresh and delicious!! The people that took my order at the drive threw was very rude. After I got done with my first part of my order I told them one second so I could fine somthing eles I was looking for and the woman was like anything eles but said it rude. Then I got all the way home and they left thing out I order so I had to go all the way back. They are always forgetting stuff.

Worst KFC ever. They can’t ever get the order right. Or give you all your food. And the food we did get was either over cooked or cold. 100% would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is a joke! We waited in line for a total of 30 minutes, for 2 meals. 15 minutes of just waiting to have our order taken and the worker sounded rude and bothered off the bat. I have worked fast food for many years and never treated one of my customers like this or ever had them wait 30 min for food. We didn’t get utensils for a kfc bowl, no sauces for the popcorn chicken and the fires were old with the container filled half way. I won’t be returning, waste of money and time.
