We stopped in on a Friday 5:30pm. We ordered 2 Big box meals. Both extra crispy. During our wait for our meals the counter person yelled out to us that they only had enough extra crispy for 1 meal what did we want to do. We elected to do regular on one meal. Food was good but the tables inside were not cleaned. We like KFC but I think this stores management needs to do better.

Entered lobby for app order pick up and food was not done. 3 Asian men standing at cash register looking bewildered,1 food delivery driver all waiting. I could see and hear movement on other side of prep area with at least 3 people moving about on other side. Several cars in drive through as it was lunch time. All seemed focused on filling a single drive through order. I waited for at least 4-5 minutes and woman came around with small sacks and begin to bag to go order for driver. She handed him i order and walked back to other side totally ignoring us. As she turned corner one of the men said “excuse me…excuse me…” no response. “How much longer?” Delayed response, “As soon as we get caught up’, she yelled back from behind the prep area. By this point, I had stepped off to the side and could see another woman that appeared to be manager, counting money out by drive thru register. She totally ignored conversation unfolding. At this point, I weighed just leaving , even though I had paid for food through the KFC app. Another couple of minutes and I could see my order being stacked on counter through opening. The woman brought around my order and was bagging, manager was filing 3rd drive through order that I had counted since standing to side. My order was bagged and placed on pick up rack and the woman again walked toward the back without even acknowledging anyone in lobby. I looked at. 3 Asian men and I could see that they were completely besides themselves. I felt sheepish for walking over to pick up my app order as one of men said, ‘Excuse me’ Woman :’As soon as we get caught up’ Customer: ‘How much longer?’ No response. ‘We have been waiting for over 10 minutes’ Woman (louder and angrily)’ IN A FEW MINUTES’. Asian men turned uttering “This is Bull S@$£!’ As they walked out the door behind me.

Bought an 8 piece nugget meal. Cost me 8.10 and to be honest it wasn’t worth 10 cents. Ended up throwing it away after only eating a couple of the nuggets. Second bad purchase in a row for me and this is the last. Not sure what was wrong with the chicken but the texture was horrible. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

Left standing at the order counter for 20 minutes without being acknowledged or anything. Elderly customer next to me had been waiting over 20 minutes for his single meal and in the mean time they were pumping out drive thru orders like a champ. Very rude to dine in customers. Finally left to go eat at Lee’s!

Does not care about Doordash orders… Will not even attempt to fulfill the order if anyone is in the drive thru. Extremely disrespectful managment actually stated in front of me that “Doordash can wait until I’m done with everything else”
