Paid almost $50 for an 8 piece meal. First of all I did NOT order all dark meat. Did not receive the biscuits or the Mac and cheese. Did not receive the extra potatoes and gravy I paid for!! This restaurant is the WORST ever!!! I have yet to get a correct order from them and will NEVER go back!! Don’t waste your money, HORRIBLE!!!!

The original recipe chicken needs to be cooked a little more the chicken is really and sometime the meat is pink inside. Some people can’t eat the extra. So they so they have to rely on the original. Sometimes service is not very well they get the orders wrong or it take them a while before they come to the speaker and ask what you would like to order. Goodly one going inside they are. And this is at most KFC. And the meals her to high anymore for the same amount. For what I pay sometime it is cheaper to cook at home.

I ordered a no 9 which was supposed to have a chicken sandwich, they had to put it on two small buns. The fruit punch tasted like water and only got 4 fries. I forgot I supposed to get nuggets.Took it back and showed them the fires, they replaced them and gave me my nuggets. The workers was very nice about it. Very disappointed because this is the 1st time my food and drink was a wasted of $10.99 . Oh didn’t get a recipe. I want my money back but no recipe

I guess I understand why some of the employees are lacking because management is not so great. Do better and making sure the correct orders are going out you made because you’re not trained properly or rushing and give someone something that they’re allergic to. Don’t take offense because I call to let you know that my order is not correct. Don’t Get argumentative with me when I’m not being disrespectful or argumentative with you. I don’t know where some of these managers got their training from but they need to go back. Some of these people are the reason why I don’t respect titles. Just because your manager does not mean you earned that position. Remember your employees are reflection have you so what they lack in because they were not trained properly. Do better and be better!

Disgusting!! Male employee was outside sitting in a Uhaul with someone ? The employee had the ear piece in his ear for the drive thru while outside in the uhaul then went inside , I asked for ALL white chicken they gave me ALL dark and charged me !! Officially done with this KFC. We figured 1230pm on sunday would be the perfect time to get hot freash chicken. Wow were we wrong. Thats must be why no one was in the drive thru. Ordered 2 nugget meals. Had our bag of food handed to us then just closed the window. We had to flag them down to ask for our drinks that come with the meals. After $30 spent, and feeling like a total inconvenience to their employees, we get home 4 min away, and realize we have ice cold chicken, even colder fries, and no biscuits that should of come with the meal. My man loves KFC, but this was the last time we get screwed by them. Dont go to this location. Youll regret it.

Hadn’t been in a while and was craving a pot pie. Ordered that and tried the nuggets. I got a carrot and potato pot pie. Literally 3 forkfuls of meat(yea I counted). Went thru drive thru. Got 4 very hard over cooked tenders instead md no sauce. They thru in 2 small mashed potatoes I never asked for. I’m thinking because the figured it stop me from complaining about such crapy food
