At this KFC they are usually out of something when you are ordering a meal deal, but this time they had everything I was ordering. The service was very good, everyone was really nice. And the food tastes pretty good as well. It’s not a gourmet meal is just KFC and you can’t ask for much more than a Hotmail and friendly service.

This is by far the most ratchet, dirty, unprofessional location with the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. First of all the manager just handed me the damn sandwich out the window, no bag.. the sandwich looked like someone ate part of it already and part of the bun was missing so there was sauce EVERYWHERE. No napkins of course. I asked for it to be remade and tried to give her the old one back because it was dripping sauce everywhere and she didn’t give me a bag to put it in to be thrown away. Cross contamination she said. Meanwhile her nails looked like she just got done digging in her butt so I’m not sure why she was worried about cross contamination but whatever lol. Avoid this location at all costs.. also the new sandwich was nasty as hell.

If I could give this place a -10 I would. I’ve tried twice…I’ve gotten cooked on th outside raw in the middle chicken! Trying to kill someone for sure. Oh then call and talk to the combating manager ..it’s my fault you served me raw chicken?? Don’t go here!! It’s very unsafe!! Raw chicken can kill you. Its not even 9p and they have everything already brokendown to close for the night. Left our food on the counter while waiting for fresh fries (which at first they said they were out of), then she walked away from our food and left one of the food warmer doors open letting all of the food temps drop. Place is a mess and customer service is nonexistent. Manager had no presence except one time and she asked why everything was closed up but did nothing to correct the problem. When we got our food they forgot our sides and did not even apologize for the wait.

KFC on Harrisburg Pike sucks! The employees never get the full order correctly when ordered, they give you attitude when you try to politely correct them. Order is always missing items that you pay for. It’s worth using extra gas to go to a different KFC and save yourself the headache.

It was disappointing. I’m surprised this KFC is still open. Haven’t been here in over a year because of how bad it got. But stopped this time to give it another chance. Waited for 15 mins before our order was taken. But there were only 3 employees. Which I do give credit to. They never once got an attitude. And handled the overwhelming stress well. Once our order was taken by someone who I believe doesn’t work register. (But he didn’t want to leave us waiting any longer) it took an additional 20 mins to get our order. Everything was correct so that’s great. Just disappointed that it took so long. But with 3 workers, they did great. The place looked run down though. Hope they can hire more employees that will stay!
