This is actually my favorite KFC. However on my last few visits I have noticed that the size of the individual pieces of chicken have been extremely small at this location.I get it… inflation and what not causes businesses to cut corners to save $$ where they can, but come on KFC! The attached photo is a chicken thigh! It was approximately 2 inches long and weighed less than 1 ounce!!! And this is representative of almost every piece in the order. When charging almost $30 for a 12 piece bucket of chicken, we should at least be given close to our money’s worth. Shame on u KFC! Do better!

Honestly laughing so hard at whatever employee failed this hard. Ordered 4/21/23 at 5:30pm and they put 5 pieces of chicken in the famous bowl, and it’s not even popcorn chicken. Got my refund though, thanks for the mess up and laugh. 4/20 was yesterday btw.

I had to wait in driver through for 35 minutes before the driver in front of me had a door dash issue. The staff simply couldn’t ask the driver to park in parking lot and when it was my turn in line they didn’t even ring my order and I had to wait extra 15 minutes worst worst order ever

This is a KFC/LJS combined store. Cashier was confused how to ring up pieces of fish. A bagger helped her. Then we had to ASK for sauce, then ASK for tarter, then ASK for napkins. Don’t you think that stuff would be all put into the bag automatically with the food or at least ask if we needed sauces. Napkins should be a standard with every order. Bagger thought we were annoying him. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.
