Went through the drive through got 2 famous bowls kid’s popcorn, an individual Mac and cheese, and fish and shrimp meal for almost $40. Famous bowls were like a quarter of the way full no popcorn chicken barely in them. The fish and shrimp meal was very old and hard as a rock. Plus found a long hair in our food and forgot the individual max and cheese. Try to call and you can’t get an answer.

The men’s bathroom’s only sink didn’t work and there were no signs to indicate that it was broke. The chicken, fish and fries were greasier than other locations. Trash cans were overflowing. The front counter person was polite.

I want to start off by saying that I love KFC except for tonight. I drove through the service was quick the people look very tired and weary. My fries were ice cold my chicken sandwich was Bland as hell and hard the chicken was hard and the Ice-T had no ice but that’s the only part of my order that got right I did not want ice. Ordered the gizzard meal because it’s something only available locally and the gizzards themselves were completely inedible. Entirely overcooked, dry, and completely covered in grease. It will be a very long time before I go back to this location.

We ordered families dinner we got all but our l5 meal well we saw and ended up getting it. I got home and there’s hair all threw the breading and our frys were all mush. I’ve called to try to get food replaced but I get voicemail every time.

Terrible. The wait is so long, and I drove all the way home and back just to have nothing right from my order. Drove back, and they gave me extra room for the trouble, which is nice.. but lost 1 hour of my time, gaoline, and the kids had to wait a long time for food..

This is a regional training store? What are their goals for the Region? This has to be the worst managed store I have been in. The store is filthy. Grease has even made it to the sideswalks outside. Evey piece of glass is filthy. If you want dirty employees covered in food serving you slightly warm food and getting your order wrong then this is the place for you.

Fries were completely lukewarm, like they had been left out for around an hour. Took 15 minutes to finally get to order (dine-in), when there was only 1 person in front of us. The cashier was obviously untrained, they barely knew how to work the ordering system. Staff were also unprofessional. Asked for honey and ranch, and only received ranch (small nitpick). This location has been horrible since 2018, I have issues with this place every time I go. Definitely not going back.

There was special online deal for chicken yenders. I did an order for it and couple other items. When i wanted to pay, it gave option for new credit card. I had not done online order before. So hit hew cr card button. Nothing happened. Tried ahain, nothing. So tried virtual assist but said i did not have order they could find. Tried supposed real assistant and hot same answer. So i looked up phone number for lication, called and got recording they could not take my phone call at that time. Customer service online and at store seem misunderstand concept of customer and service.
