This place is trash!!! $30 for an 8 piece meal that I can’t even eat. I had to pull up and wait for 15 minutes to receive biscuits that are hours old, I poked my finger into it and it broke apart. My mash potatoes are not even full, maybe two scoops worth would be about what I received. The chicken is extremely dry. I would take it back but the doors are locked. I think the health department need to pay this location a visit!!

I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get food from the drive-thru. The store should close until they can get enough employees to service their customers in a timely fashion. I will not go back again. The store has had this problem since COVID.

I ordered a 12 piece meal for carryout. When I got home I discovered I was only given 9 pieces. I called and the manager said she could not give me what I paid for because we had already started eating the food. So you better count your chicken before you eat it or you’re screwed.

I stand here right now and then employees are lazy. They don’t even have enough food made. Its dinner hour. The have 3 employees working. I feel bad that there are not enough people working but also I’m watching employees just standing around. Plus they don’t carry green beans at all anymore. This place will end up shut down and closed because the owners seem to care only about profit not about the employees. Kfc corporate needs to come look at this place. Its sad they wont

There was literally one person working here. I parked and started to go in but the only person there came and said to go to the drive through because she was getting ready to lock the door. I decided not to order from here mainly because I didn’t see how the food would be worth eating if there was only one person there to run the whole restaurant

All around terrible experience. Ordered two famous bowls and cole slaw. The only person in line and at the store and had to wait ten minutes for our food. Paid for coleslaw and extra cheese and gravy, didn’t get it. The fact we didn’t even get he coleslaw lol. The drink had no flavor, the c02 in the machine was messed up. Pregnant and all I wanted was KFC, never returning. And should be refunded.

Always a horrible experience. I was hoping that the place would get better but the last time I went there, I used the drive thru… was pulled up and parked for a KFC bowl and waited 20 minutes before I walked inside to see what was taking so long. They told me that they have been busy. I was literally the only person there and my food had not been made yet. How hard is it to throw potatoes, chicken nuggets, gravy, and cheese in a bowl? I still waited another 10 minutes before I got my food and the only other customer during that time was in the drive thru and was parked to wait for their order. I will never go back to this location. Do better KFC.

HORRIBLE! This will be our last time eating at the KFC. They did not have any white meat and didn’t offer to cook us any. Mashed potatoes tasted old, Cole slaw was dry, biscuits were hard as a rock and who knows what was wrong with the Pepsi. Manager on duty made the comment that it was getting to busy for her (3 customers). Overall experience was horrible. Totally horrible
