The worst experience possible. Refused to answer the drive through for 8 minutes. Went inside and got looked at and ignored for 10 minute. I asked if they are refusing to take order and they said hold on. Waited 5 more minutes to get order taken by someone who was rude and uninformed. Turned the lights off of the lobby while still open when I was in there. 2 people in the back on their phones talking. Come to write this review and it appears this is the norm…

One of the worst experiences I have had at a KFC. I went in at around 7 PM for a chicken sandwich and was told they are only taking drive thru orders, despite the lobby being open and doors unlocked, with no signage. The lady that helped me was so nasty about it. With people waiting in the drive thru, the 2 ladies I saw were chilling out enjoying their drinks and laughing and talking.

Firstly I was told that they only take drive through orders. And then I can’t believe that I waited for 40 minutes just for a 12pcs family meal. Never experienced any of KFC location had the “inventory problem”. And not sure what takes so long when only couple cars were in parking lot waiting for the food. The worst KFC store I’ve ever experienced. Definitely not recommend this location at all. I was wondering if KFC really care about their store customer service and watch if the service is OK.

Waited at drive thru with no answer. Went inside and there was no one there to help. Finally was helped after 5 min. Very rude unfriendly service. My food was thrown on the counter and the manager just walked away. Chicken “tenders” were very hard and cold. Very bad experience!

Arrived at 7:45 p.m.and tried to order tenders, told sold out. Only had bone in chicken and only dark meat. They close at 10:30!! So I pitty anyone eating the dark meat that may have been being served too long. Cook more tenders and white meat chicken!! If I had arrived 30 minutes before closing would understand!
