At noon, lunchtime, I was informed only one of the two chicken varieties were ready; the original. OK that is my preference, but not a good look for the restaurant. I placed my order for a number one (2 piece chicken combo) and with tax my total was $8.23. And then I waited. And waited, and waited. Our party of 3 were the only people in the restaurant, and there was one car in the drive through. Since the chicken was already ready, as is the side of macaroni, I can only imagine the employees were rapidly making me a biscuit from scratch in the back of the kitchen… however, the building anticipation of this meal was anti- climatic when I received to two smallest pieces of chicken I have ever received from a restaurant. I’ve had more chicken in a 4 piece box of mcnuggets. By twice. For only $8 bucks folks. Hurry over and you can get this deal too.

Rude, poor customer service. Went through drive-thru, female worker at the window, shoved cup in my hand, lid flew off, and tea went all over my car door, all over me and into my seat. Worker did not apologize, when asked for napkins to clean the soaking wet mess up off of me, my seat and door, the worker informed me there was napkins in the bag. I told her with the few napkins in the bag, it was going to take more to clean up myself and my car. Again, no apology offered by the female worker, absolutely rude.

for a long time I quit going because the people in drive thru was very disrespectful but was in a hurry and dropped thru glad I did the young man who was running the drive thtu window dont remember name just remembered his tatoos and his perfect customer service. This young man could teach a lot of placesbthe art of customer service. yes mam no mam how are you today and hope you have a greatvdajy goes a long way. I ask to.speak to manager and told him the same thing and to.give hima raide. definitely better service now.
