I don’t live too far from the mall, so my son and I walked down there one weekend to get him some shoes. On the way back out we decided to stop at KFC. They weren’t really that busy at all, in fact when we first got there the only people there were those who work there. So we got our order in and paid fast and easy enough. We had our choice of where to sit, though the table we did Suze just so happened to be the one that was broken from the floor lol. Our food did take a little longer than expected being that they were completely dead, however I see that as a good thing, it means they had to cook it then instead of it sitting there all day waiting for someone, plus the guy gave us a free drink while we waited. We got two potatoes, and they were actually really really good I have been craving another since LOL.

Went there on 6/10/23 around 8pm there were no lights 3 out side saw no one inside was a white pickup parked in the back of store in middle of drive thru lane . Had to go somewhere else to eat . What was the sense of remodeling the place if you can’t get food? Last time we went they could not do a family 16 peice bucket had no Mac and cheese .sad I had to eat at Popeyes

This has got to be the worst KFC in history!!! Went to get dinner tonight, couldn’t get anyone to take my order so I walked out, then I noticed the manager standing outside the door having a smoke without a care in the world about the fact that she is losing KCF money by not doing her job. So sad, I had hoped that this KCF had gotten better but BOY I WAS WRONG!!!!!

Found cut-off corner of some sort of plastic bag in my wrap. Took it to counter cashier hollered at another guy I assumed manager or just guy with seniority not sure, he said he didn’t know how that got in there and that they don’t even use anything plastic and turned and went on about his business not offer any kind of resolution. I guess they get all the food delivered in steel cases. anyway won’t be back. We were there around 4:30/5p
