I had a good experience at this KFC and really loved the food. I ordered the family-style 8-piece crispy chicken with sides of mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and biscuits. The chicken tasted very crispy, the biscuits were fluffy, and the other sides also tasted delicious. I really enjoyed my authentic KFC meal in Kentucky. The service is also good and the food came out quickly. I’d definitely recommend going to this KFC.

Place an order online and I know I went over it. I get to the store to pick it up, it wasn’t ready, there was stuff I know for a fact I did not order on it. Then there’s a sign that says no refunds but will fix your food!! Are you kidding me!! I pay almost $80 freaking dollars to feed my family a nice meal and the cashier had attitude because I said stuff wasn’t part of my order. Yeah no, never going here again.

The inside is filthy. Not a single table wiped down. Napkin dispensers empty. Bathroom was a mess. If there was a broom I would have swept the floor myself. Two people sitting on a break when it’s extremely busy and nothing has been cleaned. Food takes forever.
