Great famous bowl, and only an up charge of a penny to get a drink and a free cookie. This location is finishing a remodel. They have always not been busy in the past, and now look to have more business due to the remodel. This remodel took 3 weeks, but it looks good.

Horrible and absolutely the worst manager! Purchased 8 piece meal to get home sit down with the family to have dinner. We started eating and everyone immediately said the chicken was dry and looked like it had been sitting for hours. Called and spoke to Logan the Manager he communicated to get a refund the food had to be returned untouched! I immediately thought he was joking, but no he was serious! Lol Unbelievable to serve the food in that condition! totally disgusted by the quality of food and he should be ashamed of himself, people work hard for their money and to receive such bad service! Taking this one up the chain! Love KFC but they need to close this location down after firing Logan!

I just went to this store again today and, unfortunately, this location has been getting worse and worse lately. The mash potatoes were good but the chicken was horrible: dry, rubbery, and about the worst fried chicken I’ve had in 2-3 years. I talked to the GM, Logan, and he could not have been less interested in dealing with the issue. Really pathetic. Said he couldn’t refund me over the phone, that I’d have to drive all the way back and come to the store for that.

Spent over 50 dollars yesterday.X Large bucket of chicken. Chose two mashed potatoes and two mac and cheese as sides.size of serving honestly would have been maybe 3 or 4 tablespoons in order for 8 or 9 people to eat. Will Never order from you again. I could have cooked a nice roast and all the sides for what I spent today.
